The gameplay is pretty good. Of course bullet time is back, like in the other games. But now the game has a cover system, which is really useful. Because of this I didn't find myself using bullet time so much until the end of the game. It also makes the game play more like GTA IV.

This time you don't only spend a long time in the Animus, you actually have more gameplay outside of the Animus too. Like exploring the sanctuary in the beginning of the game. It's fresh and new.
